EPSI held a Round Table Discussion and Felicitation Program on December 16, 2024, at The Park Hotel, New Delhi, focusing on the role of the private sector in transforming higher education in India .The event reinforced EPSI’s commitment to advancing education through policy dialogue, innovation, and public-private collaboration.

The event featured key dignitaries including Prof. Anil D Sahasrabudhe – Chairman NBA Dr. Vedprakash Mishra, Dr. Amit Banerjee, and others, who emphasized innovation, investment, and collaboration in private education. Dr. G Viswanathan highlighted the need to increase India’s Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) and called for urgent educational reforms, including the implementation of the Higher Education Commission of India (HECI).

Prof. T G Sitharam, Chairman AICTE stressed leadership in education, while Dr. M R Jayaram underlined private sector’s role in making education inclusive and future-ready.

The felicitation program honored MPs and educationists, including S.Satnam Singh Sandhu, Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, and Shri Sribharat Mathukumilli, for their contributions to education policy and reform.
